About the Artist
Meet Chloe Tyler, a seasoned tattoo artist with a passion that spans back to 2009 when she embarked on her journey in Southern California. Drawing inspiration from the soft, smooth shading and intricate linework of Southern California Chicano tattooers, Chloe has honed her unique style and technique over the years.
While her dedication to tattooing remained steadfast, Chloe temporarily stepped away from the craft to focus on her role as a mother to her daughters. During this time, she pursued higher education, earning a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science of Design.
For the past three years, Chloe has been an integral part of the vibrant tattoo community at Inkblot Collective in Monroe. Carrying on the legacy of the talented female tattooers who have graced the shop since the 90s, Chloe now transitions into an ownership role with enthusiasm and dedication.
Driven by a desire to craft unforgettable experiences for her clients, Chloe thrives on the collaborative process of bringing their ideas to life through her artistry. Her favorite aspect of tattooing is the connections she forms with her clients and the cherished stories shared within the walls of the tattoo shop.

Welcome to Medusas Mark Tattoo, where we keep things straightforward with no complicated pricing tricks. Our artists have updated price lists on their pages, so you won’t get any unexpected surprises. At our shop, we only charge for the ink time, not the drink time. So don’t worry, you won’t be charged for that well-deserved break!
Shop Minimum
For this pricing, we offer simple, one-color tattoos that can be completed by our skilled artists within 20 minutes or less. Your Artist will determine if your tattoo qualifies.

Hourly Rate
Tattoos are all unique and different, which makes each one special. Some tattoos can be completed within just a couple of hours, while others may take multiple sessions and many hours. Although it's difficult to provide an exact estimate for large-scale tattoos, our talented artists have years of experience and can offer reasonable quotes. Our artists can also work within your budget by creating simplified designs or reducing the level of detail and saturation. In doing so, they can often create truly amazing tattoos for a much lower cost than you might expect.
